Our enchanting new neighbour

Hello
A whole week has passed us by, its just as well we can capture moments on disc as they are gone in the blink of an eye.

The sun catching my hidden statue - magic !

Sweet smelling honeysuckle - it fills the evening air - heavenly -

And heavenly is just what our new neighbour is 7 pounds of sweet lovelyness, lashings of black hair and snuggled in pink and covered in hookey perfection, compliments of Auntie Debbie (I forgot to photograph the finished blanket ooops) She arrived on Monday the apple of her parents eye. We will watch her grow and complete more hookey projects for her - cant wait.

Auntie and Uncle Burrows

Nellie waiting for some eyes !!!

We have been busy in the garden tending and now harvesting from the vegetable plot and here it is :-

Complete with fork at the ready !!!!
Potato's, parsnips, carrots and onions.

Runner beans and discarded strawberry pot. And the little path down tooooooo

The wood shed. Full to the rafters of chopped logs ready for the the log burning season

Pots by the door - bursting with mint, parsley, mixed lettuce, basil, dill, chives and rosemary.
Slugs beware we dont share !!!!!

Next week its a short holiday on wheels off to a camp site near Southwold.
Lets hope for blue skies, seagulls diving for my fish and chips on the sea front and evening chats outside our home on wheels.

Be back soon with more pics of vanny times and hookey projects.

Happy Hooking and Hoeing
